WORKSHOP ON COMBATTING HUMAN TRAFFICKING

A workshop on “Combatting Human Trafficking” for Police Officers was held today by Bal Suraksha Abhiyan and International Justice Mission at Police Conference Hall, Kalimpong. The Superintendent of Police, Kalimpong, Shri Shrihari Pandey, IPS, delivered the keynote address. The workshop involved sessions on trends of human trafficking, victim centric approach and pre and post rescue procedures in human trafficking cases.
