Case History : on 27/12/18 the complainant Kanchimaya Rai(Tamang) W/O Lt.Sahadeo Rai had been to Cinchona Plantation for her daily works as usual at 8.30 hrs .leaving her husband Sahadeo Rai and one Nima Sherpa of Sikkim who was staying since few days in the house. After returned from job she found her husband dead in the house having multiple bleeding injuries on his body and head. She also found that Nima Sherpa taken away Rs.80000(Eighty thousand) by breaking the almirah and one gold ring .
