On 01.06.2023, one Tshering Sherpa@Chaale of 16 mile, Lava PS area took the life of one Roshan Lama of Pedong over an incident of road rage.SI Rinchen Yonzon took up investigation and arrested the accused and completed the investigation within 84 days and submitted chargesheet. Thereafter he followed the trial of the case regularly and today Ld Kalimpong District Court has convicted the accused Tshering Sherpa with 8 years rigorous imprisonment.
