Acting on source information, officials of Kalimpong District Police on 19/08/2022 intercepted a scooty at 29th Mile and seized substantial quantities of contraband syrup "Ascodex-CD" from two accused persons Md. Sarfaraj Ali(21yrs) and Kamrul Hoda(23yrs)both of Champasari, Ward No. 45 Siliguri, PS Pradhannagar. They were on their way to deliver the banned narcotics. Both were arrested and booked under proper sections of the law.
