That on 29/3/18 at 4:45 hrs written complaint was received from Smt. Seema Bhutia w/o Lt, Srawan Sunar of J.K.M Home 8^th mile Kalimpong to the effect that on 28/3/18 at about 20:30 hrs suddenly one Sai kr Rai (65) s/o Lt. Ash bdr Rai of Takvar PS: Sadar, A/P J.k.M Home 8^th mile Kalimpong and stabled her husband Srawan Sunar By sharp weapon. Injured was immediately shifted to Kalimpong District hospital were he was expired.

Order no. 11 date: 21/5/19 that the convict Sai kr rai is sentenced to suffer rigorous imprisonment for life for the offence commited U/S 302 IPC and to pay fine Rs. 1.00000/- (Ruppe One Lakh) only in default to suffer simple imprisonment for futher period Six month. The fine amount of Rs. 1 Lakh only if realized from the convict br handed over to the family of the deceased is compensation. The period of the detention under going by the convict during investigation , inquiry and trial shall be set of as per provision of section 4 to 8 of Cr.PC.
