A career guidance programme for students of secondary and higher secondary standards, styled as “Karma Disha” was organised on 25/07/2024, with the initiative of Kalimpong District Administration and Kalimpong District Police. Eminent speakers from different walks of life guided the students about the career prospects available to them. The speakers talked about career in the civil services examination, information technology, non-governmental organisations and defence services as well as the various subject combinations students could choose at the undergraduate level. This was followed by a question answer round where students actively put their doubts to the speakers.
