On 09/02/2024, a written information was received regarding the stabbing of a minor boy, aged 15 years, by his own father. His mother was the complainant. Consequently, Jaldhaka PS Case No.03/24 dated 09/02/2024 was started and endorsed to SI Madhuran Tamang for investigation.

After the completion of investigation, SI Madhuran Tamang submitted a chargesheet against the accused in a span of 44 days.

After the completion of the trial, the Ld. Court has convicted the accused of offence u/s 341/324 IPC and s 75 of the Juvenile Justice Act and sentenced him to imprisonment of 4 months and a fine of ?5000.
