JUSTICE DELIVERED

Last year on 15^th August evening, information was received that one Samir Rai and Sanjay Chettri of Kalimpong has committed gang rape upon a woman after incapacitating her by making her consume intoxicating substance. The woman reported the matter to Kalimpong P.S On 30.08.2023, Ld. Kalimpong Court convicted both accused persons for 20 years rigorous imprisonment and a fine of Rs. 50,000/-. We congratulate SI Shanti Lama and team for timely investigation and pursuing the trial till its timely completion.
